Challenge

To raise the brand awareness, Loreal Paris needed an official skincare E-commerce website, different from the traditional hard-sale-mode one, as the consequence of which, the brand CRM system would be established.

Response

A socially interactive E-commerce website was created to provide the customized skincare record.  In the online community, skin care experts and beauty experts would share experience of skin care with the consumers.
 

Results

The users of the website has surpassed the population of the brand mall.
